Description:
Size: Dense, multi-trunked shrubs or small to medium-sized trees.
Conocarpus erectus: Typically 1–4 meters (3.3–13.1 ft) tall, but can grow up to 20 meters (66 ft) or more with a trunk up to 1 meter (3.3 ft) in diameter.
Conocarpus lancifolius: Generally smaller than C. erectus, reaching heights of 3-8 meters (10-26 ft).
Leaves: Alternate, thick, leathery, and glossy green. They can be oblong or lanceolate in shape. Some varieties of C. erectus have silvery-green leaves.
Uses:
